Orders and Shipments
Mario Spatarella ships to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world using the GLS and DHL express courier service
All goods shipped by Mario Spatarella are carefully packaged. Together with the goods shipped, Mario Spatarella will include the shipping receipt and a gift in the package.
*for amounts less than €99.00, shipping to Italy costs €5.00
*Europe €20.00/30.00 depending on the country
*for shipments outside the EU or where required, sending the EORI code is mandatory
(returns due to lack of data will result in a refund minus shipping costs)
FREE INSURANCE
Mario Spatarella covers all shipments with free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are affected by the destination areas of the products.
- In ITALY (DDP): delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours although it is approximately expected within 72 hours.
- European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within five/seven (5/7) working days from shipment.
- European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within five/seven (5/7) working days from shipment.
It should also be noted that for shipments to non-EU countries, transport costs are exempt from VAT and that customs duties are paid by the recipient and are never included in the cost of shipping.
- Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected within seven/ten (7/10) of shipment with Express Service.
- For orders subject to customs inspection when applicable, times are subject to local customs clearance.
The times indicated are indicative and non-binding. Mario Spatarella does not assume blame, as he is not directly responsible, for any delays due to unforeseen logistics, customs controls or causes of force majeure.
During sales or promotion periods and in the days preceding holidays, shipments may take longer.
ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT
Customers can view all the order details by consulting the order confirmation email we sent them.
If you have an account, you can view all the information by accessing the "orders" section.
All orders duly filled and paid for will be processed within one/two working days. All shipments depart from Mario Spatarella, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
If the item ordered is in stock and therefore not immediately available, you will be contacted by our customer care and informed about shipping times.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Mario Spatarella offers its Customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service made available by the couriers. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the tracking code which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time. (also check in spam box). It is not possible to ask to schedule the delivery time or to be called before delivery.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the deliveryman and Mario Spatarella by sending an e-mail to our customer service info@mariospatarella.com. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Mario Spatarella will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Mario Spatarella at the Customer's expense. In this case, Mario Spatarella will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
